Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values higher on moderate to good demand and light to 
moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib and loin cuts steady to firm while
chuck and round cuts firm to higher. Beef trimmings mostly sharply higher on
moderate to good demand and heavy offerings.
